The Position

Reporting into the HR Director and partnering with a team of HR BP specialists, you will a join a highly professional and experienced team.

You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle and your duties will include, however not be limited to;

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for vacancies across the business including advertising, sourcing, screening potential candidate and interviewing potential candidates
• Developing and implementing innovative approaches to delivering high quality, cost effective acquisition strategies
• Recruit a range of roles including operational, senior appointments and technical positions
• Partnering with business stakeholders across all levels to ensure a positive recruitment process
• Compliance and reference checks
• Leveraging long-term relationships with talent pools and communities across the industry
• Adhering to the recruitment budget
• Building a pipeline of talent with a focus on critical roles
• Engage and manage relationships with recruitment agencies
• Adhoc recruitment projects including graduate programs, onboarding & talent pooling

The Candidate

• Demonstrated experience in managing senior and technical vacancies within an agency or internal recruitment role
• Ability to lead the recruitment function
• Strong verbal and influencing skills
• Ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders
• Excellent planning and project management skills
• Enthusiastic growth mindset & strong commercial acumen
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-achieving culture
