The services of this well-established not for profit organisation is in demand more than ever and provides vital support to children and families. Working with a large HR team in their new offices, this is a supportive environment where you will be kept busy and engaged.

This busy Talent Acquisition role will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills and further your experience. Your key tasks and responsibilities will include;

• The end to end recruitment process across a variety of roles
• Prepare employee contracts and onboarding documentation
• Liaise with internal stakeholders around workforce planning
• Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports
• Ensure all HR and compliance documentation is up to date and accurate

The successful person for this role will have the passion and drive to deliver excellent recruitment outcomes for the business. With previous recruitment experience you should be highly organized and be able to meet tight deadlines. Ideally you will have a background of recruiting within a not for profit organization and have exposure of recruiting within the health sector, but not essential.

Excellent salary packaging options available which can add approximately $6K to your salary. This business will also offer you hybrid working conditions, 2 days in the office and 3 days at home if you choose. Parking available.
