Marketing Coordinator, Digital Marketing

Business-to-business (B2B), full-service marketing agency is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented part-time with the potential for full-time marketing coordinator / digital marketer to join our small team.

Work closely with the owner and experienced team using your wide range of marketing skills. This is an outstanding opportunity to expand your skills and experience.

We just celebrated our 23rd year in business. Our clients, which include manufacturers, distributors and others, are located throughout the world.

The job can be mostly remote with some onsite work or a choice to work onsite or hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Generate s and presentation
• Marketing automation support
• Pay per click (optimizing Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Changes to websites (WordPress experience helpful)
• Writing / editing blog posts and other text
• Social media
• Proofreading
• Some vendor coordination
• Media coordination (text, banner and other ads)
• Marketing automation (develop and modify workflows, export data, etc.)
• General office
• Some client contact

Requirements

• Must live in the Mpls. / St. Paul or surrounding area
• Positive attitude with a willingness to work on a range of projects from mundane to complex
• 1+ years related experience
• College graduate or equivalent related experience
• Excellent computer skills and technical aptitude
• Skilled verbal and written communicator
• Exceptional skills with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; CRM or marketing automation platform experience, familiarity with Adobe Photoshop a plus
• Detail oriented
• Organized
• Ability to multitask and work under deadline pressure
• Exceptional proofreading skills
• Enthusiastic learner
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media platforms, marketing automation and e-mail broadcast services a plus
