Arlo Europe Talent Acquisition Specialist
Arlo Europe, part of Verisure, is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist.
The role will report directly into the Head of HR for Arlo Europe, while working closely with the Arlo Team.
This is a position reinforcing our growing and talented team – the TA Specialist will play a critical role that will contribute on shaping the newly created recruitment function at Arlo Europe and will have the opportunity to develop quickly, benefiting from the support of Group Talent Acquisition Team.
The role will be expected to impact quickly and develop as the business grows. It is an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced TA specialist to be part of a transformational growth story. This role provides a substantial exposure to Senior leaders across business functions.

Strategic context and Value proposition
Verisure is the leading provider of monitored security solutions in Europe. In 2019, we formed a strategic partnership with Arlo, a world leader in connected cameras. Verisure acquired all rights to Arlo’s European business, in particular, the exclusive distribution rights for Arlo branded camera products for all sales channels in Europe, including e-commerce and retail. Additionally, Verisure is entering into a supply agreement with Arlo whereby we get access to the full portfolio and past and future innovation stream of Arlo camera products to sell through the Verisure direct or partner channels across all our countries.
Today, Verisure does not focus on e-commerce and retail channels. Instead, we drive our core go to market channels: direct field sales, Alliances and telesales. The acquisition of Arlo Europe now gives us a leadership strong position in these two emerging and important future emerging channels for our business. This transaction has strategic importance. Camera led subscription services building on surveillance versus professionally monitored security are now creating attractive incremental growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
The role goes beyond transactional recruitment – it will touch upon various aspects of recruitment, HR and the overall business, and will further develop the successful candidate across various areas of expertise!
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have the opportunity to impact very quickly and significantly by leading Talent Acquisition projects for Arlo Europe, and this, across European geographies. On top of the core responsibilities, the person will also participate in and develop initiatives and projects to improve our recruitment processes, tools and systems (e.g. employer branding, business processes, digital recruitment, HRIS, assessment tools). All of these tasks will be managed in a very entrepreneurial and dynamic environment!
You must be delivery-focused, enjoy interacting with and interviewing top talents, be adept and skilled at managing a variety of senior stakeholders, and have project management skills. Building collaboration with people across the business, as well as developing innovative ideas that can make our talent acquisition processes faster and better, will also be important. A good understanding of the business is important to interact with internal stakeholders and candidates.

Candidate profile
Experience and Qualifications
Key Requirements:
We see this role as critical for the achievement of our growth. As result we are looking for a high potential / top performer individual with:
· University degree, ideally in an analytical and business-oriented field
· Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience as in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in complex and international organisation
· We could also consider similar experience at a top tier executive search firm, with track record of full life cycle recruiting
Competencies
· A keen understanding of a variety of roles within similar business
· A good business understanding to drive meaningful conversation with hiring managers and candidates
· Hands-on knowledge of sourcing and attracting high-calibre candidates
· Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
· Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter
· Proficiency of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Office 365 is an asset
· Demonstrable experience of partnering with and managing the expectations of a variety of internal stakeholders
· Some project management experience in organizing, planning and executing initiatives
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to perform well under tight time constraints and changing deadlines, and to handle multiple tasks and prioritise
· Exceptional organisational and administrative skills, attention to detail yet mindful of the big picture
· High fluency in English – other European language is an asset
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence the development of appropriate and effective internal and external messaging
· Team player, humble, comfortable and effective in a hands-on, team-oriented environment
· Ability to operate collaboratively in a matrixed team environment – proven ability to easily, naturally develop great relationships across the organization
