For our Newtown, PA facility we are looking for a highly motivated new team member as:

Accounting Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process check deposits into banking system
• Process A/P invoices and check runs
• Inventory control (i.e. adjustments, physical counts, etc.)
• Audit and reconcile credit card statement to expense reports for posting
• Reconcile various G/L accounts
• Sort and distribute mail daily
• Assist with month end reporting to parent company
• Communicate with vendors (i.e. software issues, discounts, etc.)
• Facilitate various accounting projects
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Bookkeeping certificate or associates degree required
• Proficient in Excel and Word, experience with CRM & ERP systems
• Must have strong work ethics
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
