Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO and Paid Search Specialist to join our marketing team. As an SEO and Paid Search Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve the organic search rankings of our in-house and client websites as well as optimizing and managing our paid search campaigns. You will play a crucial role in driving website traffic, increasing conversions, and maximizing our online visibility. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies:

• Conduct keyword research to identify valuable opportunities and trends.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.
• Implement and manage technical SEO elements, such as XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and website crawlability.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and search engine algorithm updates, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Manage and optimize paid search campaigns:

• Create and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other advertising networks.
• Conduct keyword research and ad copy testing to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance metrics.
• Generate regular s on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in paid search advertising.

Conduct competitive analysis:

• Research and analyze competitors’ SEO and paid search strategies.
• Identify opportunities to gain a competitive advantage and improve our online visibility.
• Stay informed about industry trends, search engine updates, and changes in the digital marketing landscape.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams:

• Work closely with content creators, web developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO and paid search efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
• Provide recommendations and guidance to improve website structure, user experience, and conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, and/or related field experience
• Proven work experience as an SEO and Paid Search Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
• Experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
• Familiarity with website analysis and ing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and paid search advertising.
