Verastar Limited Hiring for Talent Acquisition Manager Job at Sale, England Full Time

You’ll lead our Recruitment Delivery Team, shaping recruitment strategies and processes that support organisational growth and deliver diverse and high calibre recruits for roles at all levels in Verastar.

As well as delivering high volume recruitment targets for our call centre roles you’ll be a strong brand ambassador for the HR and Recruitment team across the business ensuring our approach reflects our company Values – Passionate, Straightforward, Innovative and United.

Leading multiple recruitment projects will also be central to this role, including developing and implementing our Employer Brand, diversifying our candidate attraction to include Social Media and other channels, and implementing further ATS enhancements to streamline our processes.

Experience Required

You’ll be passionate about recruitment, always looking for ways to develop and deliver the best possible experience for our candidates. You’ll previously have managed recruitment delivery teams that have delivered both volume and specialist recruitment roles, ideally within a contact centre environment.

In addition, you’ll be an expert in employer branding, having previously implemented and embedded this in other roles. You’ll be confident to use your branding to deliver effective candidate attraction strategies that use a range of tools including successful social media campaigns.
