What you’ll be doing:
Be the expert by partnering your allocated business areas, sharing best practice, and guiding your hiring managers through the hiring process
Keep a finger on the pulse of candidate’s motivations and drivers across multiple talent markets
Ensure there is a robust planning process in place which includes the attraction plan, sourcing and selection approach, as well as consistent timely communications to candidates and hiring managers
Create and maintain assessment centre content in line with business requirements, values and industry best practice
Facilitate assessment centres and support building manager interviewing capabilities across our three main sites in Manchester, Sale and Glasgow
Build and maintain a strong presence in the market via social media, careers fairs, networking, and other return to work groups
Write and share engaging content providing the passive market with a compelling story to encourage people to join us via social media and online marketing
Own the numbers and ensure KPIS and targets are met
What you’ll bring to the role:
Proven experience in the successful delivery of high-volume campaigns preferably within a contact centre environment
Demonstrable experience in creating and embedding assessment centre material
Sound knowledge and experience with different effective selection and assessment techniques
Exceptional sourcing understanding and capability, an advocate of fully utilising an ATS and using data to inform key decisions
Proven track record in utilising creative and effective ways to source and engage the calibre of candidates we want to attract
Relatable and positive experience of working in a fast-paced transforming organisation, where everything isn’t perfect, but we’re working hard to get there
