The Opportunity

We supply the talent that build Sydney’s most Luxurious Architecturally designed Custom Homes and High-end boutique apartments around the Eastern suburbs, Northern suburbs and Northern Beaches.
The company is entering a period of strong growth and looking for talented recruiters to join the team and make their mark. In this role you will:

• Build & manage your own temp desk with warm – make that HOT clients ready to go!
• Hit the ground running with roles ready to fill now
• Continue to build on our strong database of candidates
• Nurture and grow relationships with Sydney’s best Luxury builders

Your Profile
Most importantly you will be an ambitious individual who is excited to actively contribute and be involved in the growth of the company. To be successful in this role you will have:

• 1 – 5 years’ experience as a 360-degree Recruitment consultant
• Experience in the construction industry preferred but not essential – attitude is everything
• Temp desk experience essential, perm desk experience ideal
