Salary: up to £60,000 basic salary with £80,000 OTE including Veolia benefits (car/car allowance, bonus & generous pension contribution)
Location: Home based with travel across the business unit and occasional travel to London and other sites around the UK
Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday
We support hybrid working so your week will be split between home and sites within the dedicated business unit.

What will you be doing?
As a Senior Employee Relations Specialist, you will line manage and motivate a high performing team of Employee Relations Specialists, in the delivery of a first class employee relations service to the business. Dealing with complex and super complex employee relations matters, the role will partner with a number of Senior Managers up to and including the Executive team, providing specialist and technical advice.
You will work across the Treatment and Corporate business unit to ensure first-class Employee Relations advice and support are delivered to the business. Coaching, developing and empowering the Employee Relations team in all aspects of the ER cycle to deliver Employee Relations excellence in every way.
