What will you be doing?**

The role holder will be responsible for the Finance Shared Services Cash & Treasury function. The role will manage a team and be an expert in all aspects of financial and banking matters that are controlled in the Veolia UK&I centralised Shared Services Department.

You will assist with acquisition integrations into the Finance Shared Service Centre and deputise for the Financial Controller. The position will be an advocate of continuous improvement throughout the Finance Shared Service Centre and will manage and lead cross functional projects.

• Manage the accurate, timely and detailed reconciliation and management of over 100 bank accounts.

• Proactively manage the end to end Bonds process, including setting up, renewing and reviewing.

• Accountable for cash forecasting, cash pooling and loans with group parent

• Accounting for Factoring

• Assist with acquisition integrations into the Transactional Accounting Team

• Accountable for managing and improving the Business Performance / targets of the UK FSSC Cash Management team ensuring continuity, high quality and continual improvement

• Accountable for setting, monitoring and improving KPI’s

What are we looking for?**

• Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA

• 2-5 years relevant experience

• Team management experience

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Experience of project implementations advantageous

• Systems knowledge of Workday and Google Suite
