The Opportunity

Veolia ANZ has a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Supervisor to join our team based in Ballarat 3350. As the Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for the overall operations, maintenance and control of the drivers and trucks on a daily basis.

• Supporting the plant operational strategy through adequate resourcing and business planning.
• Managing and resolving occupational health and safety, environment, and technical issues.
• Developing a safety first and continuous improvement culture.
• Driving improvements and efficiencies to ensure optimisation.
• Operational leadership of team, contractors and support staff.
