The Opportunity
We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our Data team. This position can work fully remotely or in a hybrid format from the Langley, BC branch of Venturis Capital, located in the Port Kells industrial district.

The primary focus of the Data Entry Clerk role is to create, verify, and update customer records and contact information in the company’s CRM database.

Job Responsibilities

• High volume accurate data entry logging customer calls to CRM system
• Audit data entered in the CRM Dynamics 365 system
• Maintaining and updating contact record information
• Recognizing issues and solving problems as they relate to correct contact information records
• Troubleshoot and resolve system complications (email deliverability flow and analyze trends) with undeliverable email

The Ideal Candidate

• High school diploma or equivalent
• High attention to detail and critical thinking
• Microsoft Office efficiency required
• Experience using CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 is an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage priorities
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work quickly and accurately
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
