Tool Design Engineer

Venture Machine and Tool, inc is a privately owned and operated Tool and Die Manufacturer and Metal Stamping Facility located in Onalaska, WI. Venture Machine & Tool Inc. produces metal stampings for a wide variety of markets including Automotive, Agricultural, Appliances, and Recreational Vehicles along with many others.

We currently have an immediate opening for a 1st shift Tool Design Engineer in our growing manufacturing facility.

Eligible candidates must have a minimum 2 years of experience in the design of progressive, transfer, and prototype tooling.

Job Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Solid Works
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• Must be able to work well with customers and provide solutions to new product development
• Previous experience in manufacturing industry preferred
• Able to work well in a team setting
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Pre-employment drug testing is required
• Must have knowledge of ISO quality standards
