Reporting to and in partnership with the Training Programs Manager, the Research Coordinator will primarily support the design and implementation of a two-year consulting project with University Canada West (UCW), in addition to supporting other research priorities at Venture for Canada (VFC) as required. As a new position in the organization, the Research Coordinator will have the opportunity to inform and design VFC’s approach to and use of research in working to achieve its mission and vision.
The Research Coordinator will collaborate with VFC’s Training Team to design and implement a research strategy, including proposing research methodology aligned with research goals; using a range of tools to acquire information, including but not limited to literature review, interviews, and focus groups; interpreting and communicating results; and maintaining data integrity throughout all aspects of the work.

Venture for Canada is committed to providing equal pay for equal work with salaries in line with industry standards. The salary for this position is $55,000-$60,000.
