Ventura Holdings Group Hiring for E-commerce Customer Service Specialist at Miami, FL Full Time

We are seeking a qualified candidate with a background in customer service and ecommerce for the position of E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist. In this Customer Service and After Sales role, you will be a primary contact by phone or email for customer inquiries about our online orders and returns, as well as products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding our online orders and returns, as well as products and services
• Provide online quotes to customers on request
• Maintain our high standard of excellent customer service
• Monitor orders and returns and liaise with customers, internal teams, and vendors.
• Manage online refunds and ensure these are done daily
• Process customer orders according to policy
• Coordinate shipping and logistics with the distribution center
• Process RMA’s and return shipments
• Create purchase orders and post receivers
• Post tracking information in customer orders
• Occasional remote work on weekends may be required

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service.
• Strong E-Commerce or Operational background
• Must be a detail and sales-oriented person
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our brand’s history, product offerings and communications/advertising program
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, great phone etiquette and elevated speech
• Proactive personality and self-motivator
• Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Proven to be organized, methodical, rigorous
• Second language a plus (Spanish)
