Ventrus Multi Academy Trust Hiring for Higher Level Teaching Assistant Job at Cullompton, England Full Time

Salary: NJC Grade E – £24,432 – £27,514 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)

Working Pattern: This is a part-time, permanent position working 32.5 hours per week (6.5 hours per day Monday – Friday), 39 weeks per year to start in September 2022.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who:

• Will be enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated to prepare and deliver lessons to individuals, groups and whole classes
• Has relevant HLTA or equivalent qualifications or the desire to do so
• Will work collaboratively with teaching staff and assist teachers in the whole curriculum planning cycle and the management/preparation of resources
• Will be expected to show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given solutions with integrity and compassion
• Can inspire and motivate children and enable them to be the best that they can be
• Has the ability to encourage every child to learn, aspire and achieve
• Has enthusiasm, skill and desire to make a difference
