We are recruiting experienced recruitment professionals to join our in house team as a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support over our peak hiring period from September through to the end of December 2021.

What will I do?
You will be focussed on working in partnership with hiring managers to deliver the recruitment requirements across the operational departments, supporting the full end to end recruitment cycle, from source and selection through to on-boarding.
Your day to day activity will involve undertaking high volume recruitment activity, primarily for customer service based roles for our contact centre. You will be fully based from home (must be working within the UK) and as such will be confident to work independently using initiative to ensure deadlines are met whilst striving to attract the best talent into the organisation.
You will be juggling multiple priorities to deliver against time-critical deadlines, therefore you must be able to work well under pressure and be comfortable managing high volume recruitment campaigns.
What do I need?
As a busy support function, we are seeking a candidate who is ready to hit the ground running will be essential, therefore, in order to be considered for the role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience;
What hours will I work?
You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, flexibility will be required to work outside of these hours on occasion.
This is a fixed-term contract with an immediate start available through to the end of December 2021.
Where will I be based?
This is a fully home-based role. As such you will need a laptop or PC, preferably running MS Office Windows 10, with a strong internet connection, along with a suitable working environment at home.
