Ventia Pty Limited Hiring for Senior Finance Administrator Job at Adelaide Full Time

We are seeking a Senior Finance Administrator to provide effective accounting, administration and financial support to the site management, personnel and the Finance Manager to ensure that financial and administrative matters are handled in accordance with contractual performance requirements. This is a permanent fulltime position based in Adelaide.

Key Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Complete the Finance & Administration (F&A) activities taking into account daily contract priorities, with a particular focus on end to end processes
• Perform and oversee F&A activities including financial analysis to support operational decisions and drive performance, detailed cost analysis, accurate billing, financial forecasting and budgeting, cash collection, reporting and month-end close across the allocated Contract.

  • Costing/Billing/Cash Collection
  • Purchase-to-Pay
  • Administer and deliver the core contract deliverables of
  • Work Order Management
  • Process development and documentation
  • Manage complete Payroll process.
  • Coordinate daily processing of time sheets.
  • Manage all data transfers to client systems.
  • Process payroll transfers / reclassifications / terminations.
  • Reconcile Payroll results.
  • Oversee the Claim Acceptance process
  • Manage cash collection and overdue invoices to achieve Corporate financial targets

Skills and Qualifications

• Qualification in Accounting or Business or relevant industry experience
• SAP experience highly desirable
• Project accounting and financial accounting experience
• Demonstrated Payroll Experience
• Demonstrated process understanding of the core F&A processes and track record in financial analysis and reporting which provides meaningful insights into business performance.
