The Role

Due to continued growth Trace JV are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Assistant. This fast-paced and diverse role will require you to be fast thinking, highly organised and have excellent time management skills.

This role will be based at the Inpex site located at Bladin Point just outside of Darwin working a 6 day on,1 day off roster. This is a casual role which will finish on or before 31st August.

Skills & Experience

• Prior experience with SAP highly regarded but not essential.
• Intermediate skills using Excel and Word
• Experience in time sheeting & handling payroll queries
• Ability to manage multiple conflicting tasks
• Reconciliation’s experience (Vendor accounts [Accounts Payable] and General Ledger accounts)
• Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team
• Well organised and self-motivated individual
• Enthusiasm and commitment to high standards of customer service
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Exposure to high volume on boarding and mobilisation
