We are seeking a capable and motivated Human Resources Administrator to support the team at Parklea Correctional Centre.

In this role you will be responsible for providing administration support within the Human Resources department working in a very high, demanding and specialised team, function that include:

• Recruitment activity
• Providing HR support to internal stakeholders
• Interviewing
• Record keeping
• Auditing

Mandatory requirements:

• ability to gain and retain all the police/security clearances required within our industry
• ability to pass any required health assessments
• ability to visit and work within a correctional
• proven right to work in Australia
• be prepared to undergo alcohol and other drug testing as required.
