About the Role:

We have an opportunity for an experienced Finance Administrator to join our team in Kingsgrove.

Reporting to the Site Finance Administrator your role will be to provide effective accounting, administration and financial support for the project teams to ensure that financial and administrative matters are handled in accordance with accepted policies and Company standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Snr Finance Administrator and Finance Manager to perform end of month close activities including, running and analysing of cost reports, processing of job cost and accrual journals and preparing of account reconciliations.
• Maintain project master data, including set up, follow up and closure of orders, WBS & project codes.
• Process monthly subcontractor claims and supplier invoices.
• Assist Senior Finance Administrator and Finance Manager to deliver timely and accurate reporting of actuals against forecast and budget for all construction projects.
• Submit customer invoices for all construction projects and provide forecast data on cash receipts.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Project accounting and financial accounting experience
• Demonstrated understanding and experience of F&A processes
• Ability to deliver tasks quickly within a dynamic, high-pressure environment
• Ability to work autonomously and own responsibilities
• Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team.
• SAP experience is highly desirable
• Sound computer skills including MS Excel
