Job Title: Sr. Bench Sale Recruiter
Location: Remote or Near to Eluru
Experience: 5+ yrs must
Schedule: US Shift (Eastern Standard Time)
Night Shift (Monday to Friday)
Roles and Responsibilities
Candidates should have a minimum of 5+ yrs. of US Staffing exp. and extensive Bench sales experience.
He / She should have experience in Marketing Bench candidates.
Should have experience on different US job boards. (Dice, Monster, Linked In, etc.)
Should have a strong preferred vendors list for Marketing bench candidates.
Should have knowledge of different Tax terms like (W2, C2C & 1099), etc.
Should have good communication skills.
Should have closely worked on deadlines and targets.
