This is a permanent position, offering an annual salary of £49,000. This will initially be 5 days on site but once comfortable in the role, a hybrid split can be accommodated.
Duties will include:
To manage and work closely with the company recruitment partners, and participate in PSL reviews for talent and resource
To support overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse and varied group of individuals
To ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, to support our long-term talent and recruitment strategy
Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs in different areas and departments
Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff
Support and educate Managers on effective recruitment processes to develop their recruitment knowledge and skills
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews – if possible
Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
Work with colleges and schools to develop a talent pipeline to support future requirements
Works closely with Finance and Procurement on transactional recruitment approval steps – SOW/RFQ’s using SAGE
In conjunction with the HR Coordinator, handle day to day transactional operational HR work, to ensure the smooth running of the Department
