Venezia Transport, Inc Hiring for Driver Recruiter Job at Remote Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Driver Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience to join the Venezia family. A successful recruiter in this position will proactively identify future hiring needs, be able to attract and source candidates using various avenues such as social media networks and employee referrals. The Driver Recruiter must possess excellent communication and follow up skills.

• Source and recruit candidates by using Databases, Social media, Driver Referrals etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conduct phone interviews using various recruiting and selection tools
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and building strong candidate relationships during the recruiting process
• Gain an understanding of Venezia culture and be able to properly convey and promote this to the candidate.

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (Transportation Preferred)
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
• Ability to prioritize work load and immediate needs.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) ( Prior Tenstreet experience a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Flexibility toward changing needs within a fast paced environment.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
