About Your Role

• Establish financial structure of the business according to GAAP best practices
• Manage the processes for financial budgets and forecasting, review for accuracy
• Negotiate lines of credit, mortgages, and other business loans
• Maintain ownership of invoicing and accounts receivable processes, including creating invoices and financial reports
• Track incoming deposits and apply payments to customer accounts in a timely manner
• Investigate billing and payment discrepancies
• Thoroughly review invoices that are sent out to customers for accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Oversee regulatory reporting, including tax compliance
• Ensures compliance with all State and Federal regulations
• Review and recommend process improvement within the accounting department
• Planning, directing, coordinating all accounting operational functions
• Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results
• Providing information vital to the decision-making process
• Support accounts payable and expense reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all vendors, subcontractors, and other expenses
• Provide additional support to team members and clients, as needed

Qualifications

• Preferred 3- 5 years’ experience in a Chief Financial Officer role in automotive or manufacturing environment
• Financial/accounting experience working for a growing company
• Experience converting company financials from cash to accrual accounting
• Experience in invoicing, payroll processing, or other business responsibilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, and strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
• Experience with QuickBooks and/or ADP
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Ability to exercise judgement and to work independently or with a team.
• Demonstrated consistency, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Ability to work 7am-6pm Monday-Thursday
• Ability to work Fridays and Saturdays remotely depending on company workload.
• Mandatory drug screening is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
