Our company is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, and/or technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking customer inquiries, solving problems, and recommending our products to potential customers. The Customer Service Representatives will also be responsible for assisting our customers with any technical issues they might have with their products and/or services we offer.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
