We are looking for someone with a bright and engaging personality to join our team as our Talent Acquisition Manager. We are looking for someone who can be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring, and helping to onboard talented candidates. We want someone who can help us develop our talent acquisition strategy to maintain strong brand integrity in our recruiting efforts and find strong cultural fits as we grow our team. With an average of 33% year-over-year growth for the past five years, our team is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for just the right person to help us source and recruit those team members!

What should you be awesome at?
· 5+ Years of Recruiting Experience
· Continuously grow and build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire skilled employees for our open positions
· Carrying a contagiously positive attitude when it comes to being a champion for both the candidates and the hiring managers alike
· Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
· Leveraging recruiting tools such as: ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other various online job boards and meetup groups
What will you be doing?
· Working with company owners and hiring managers to develop a talent acquisition strategy and strong candidate pipeline for sustainable, steady growth
· Communicate with candidates, execute follow up strategies, and fill vacancies in reasonable, agreed-on timeframes
· Adjust job advertising procedures and content as needed
· Work with the marketing team to build content such as blogs and videos that are helpful in the recruiting and sourcing processes
· Serve on decision-making team to assess and analyze capacity planning and staffing needs
· Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
· Work with the leadership team to develop training & development programs that will allow us to promote from within and provide employees with career advancement opportunities
· Work with operations to develop a long term, sustainable internship program so that we can maintain a strong pipeline for our entry-level positions
