As the primary trainer the post holder will work as part of the Education and Development team to design, deliver and evaluate high quality, effective multidisciplinary training, education programmes, mandatory and statutory training and professional development initiatives within the Trust meting individual training needs and to facilitate personal development. The post holder will provide advice and guidance to staff as required, supporting them in eLearning activities and personal development. The post holder will also contribute to the development of training events and programmes.
