EDRMS Technical Specialist| Canberra | Hybrid / Offsite / Remote | Citizens | Contract

Job Description:

The duties of the role will include, but not be limited to:

1. Content Manger version 10 technical administration and third level support.

2. Progressing implementation of Organisation Restructures in EDRMS.

3. Strong stakeholder engagement to assist in the planning and completion of the Security Model work.

4. Work under limited supervision, including planning, prioritising, and organising work autonomously achieve deadlines.

Essential criteria:

To fulfil the responsibilities of the role, the following criteria are essential:

1. Progressing implementation of Organisation Restructure in EDRMS:

a. Analysis of records for logical flow of changes

b. Understanding of Active Directory and remediation work required

c. Understanding of EDRMS Access Control

d. Analysing data and work out logical flow of changes

e. Identify impacted records in EDRMS

2. Expert level knowledge in Content Manager and Locations.

3. Knowledgeable in records and information management policy and procedures.

4. Knowledgeable in NAA Whole of Government policy “Building trust in the public record”.

Desirable criteria:

To fulfil the responsibilities of the role, the following criteria are desired:

1. DevOps & Agile practices

2. Excellent liaison skills to work together with business and technical stakeholders.
