Organisational Change Manager (Multiple)| Canberra | Hybrid / Offsite / Remote | Citizens | Contract

Job Description:

Candidates must have a proven record of accomplishment working with a variety of stakeholders in the identification and development of communication and training plans leading to successful ICT enabled change. They will develop the departments understanding of ICT change, and deliver change readiness, implementation and support activities. They will undertake benefit identification and tracking, stakeholder mapping and engagement, and be actively supporting staff and seniors to adopt positive change in processes, systems and culture. Candidates must be equally adept working independently and in teams, on long duration tasks or on shorter, quick turnaround initiatives.

Essential criteria:

1. Minimum 5 years organisational change management experience, working in a project environment, preferably systems and software delivery projects, with strong understanding of change management lifecycles and procedures.
2. Strong working knowledge of change management activities and techniques including stakeholder identification and analysis, communication planning and development.
3. Strong relationship management skills which can be applied to multiple stakeholders across various levels to achieve desired outcomes.
4. Experience working with hybrid and dispersed teams, using a variety of waterfall and agile methodologies to meet business and broader departmental requirements.
5. Experience in setting and developing behaviour and process change management, including training and communication.
6. Develop, plan and execute change strategies by understanding stakeholder identification and analysis, including benefit and risk identification and tracking.
7. Exceptional communication and listening skills suitable for the management of and liaison with staff and seniors.
