Whether assisting with booking inquiries, resolving issues, or offering recommendations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a seamless and memorable trip.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information and assistance regarding travel bookings, itineraries, and destinations
• Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner, striving to exceed customer expectations and enhance their overall experience
• Collaborate with internal teams, including travel agents and data entry specialists, to address customer concerns and ensure the accuracy and completeness of travel-related information

Requirements:
