Responsibilities:
MARKETING MANAGEMENT
- Creates and execute marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance the company’s reputation.
- Manages the marketing budget and ensuring the most efficient use of resources
- Develops strategies for after-sales communication and services to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
- Manages the branding and communication components as part of planning, organization, and execution of events
DEPARTMENT INTEGRATION
- Ensures all communications align with VEGA’s messaging, tone, and brand guidelines.
- Translates business objectives and initiatives into actionable marketing strategies to increase growth and market share.
- Involves product and sales management at each stage of product launch development
- Works closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing goals with overall company objectives.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Provides feedback on employee performance, helping to develop skills where needed, and addressing performance issues
- Assigning tasks and projects to employees according to their skill-sets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a marketing management role
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Experience in the manufacturing or technical industry is preferred but not required
