PLC Programmer

Veenus Infotechs is a leading global flexible packaging company with comprehensive product offerings. We operate a large, successful operations base and are seeking a qualified PLC Programmer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Programming control systems (ACSR, PLCs etc.)using industrial software
• PLC Programming Skills on EASY IO
• Easy IO Code Writing to Control DX Air Handler System
• Responsible for the maintenance and safe operation of equipment and machinery
• Troubleshooting and repair of equipment and machinery
• Perform quality control checks on equipment and machinery
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair of electrical systems (i.e. motors, switches etc.)
• Read and understand programming documentation, drawings, blueprints etc.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, follow instructions, work within a specific schedule and maintain good communication with co-workers, supervisors, managers and clients.
• Maintain an clean work area, workstations, equipment and tools in a safe manner by using safety procedures and guidelines.
• Work as a team member to achieve the desired results of the assigned task.

Experience:

• Experience in industrial environment preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical programming in industrial environment preferred
