Vector Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this role you will have the opportunity conduct full life-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for our open roles. This is a hybrid opportunity, working in an office 2-3 days per week

What You’ll Do:

• Generate a pipeline of top talent by leveraging recruiting tools, passive candidate outreach, and periodic attendance at career fairs for sales development positions and other roles as assigned.
• Provide hiring leaders guidance on recruitment process and best practices while ensuring they are kept up to date on activity for open roles.
• Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess skills and cultural fit while showcasing the benefits and values of Vector Solutions.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring team for review and schedule next round interviews.
• Utilize ATS to update candidate activity following documented standards.
• Meet established KPIs for TA metrics including days to fill and sourcing/outreach efforts.
• Communicate regularly with candidates, providing coaching and ensuring an exceptional applicant experience and representation of Vector.
• Handle all aspects of offer process through acceptance to include; partnering with hiring leaders and finance to ensure necessary approvals are obtained; extending offer to candidate and handling all aspects of negotiation and informing candidates of onboarding steps.
• Assist as needed with pre-onboarding tasks including background checks, new hire paperwork, equipment requests and updating new hire logs as needed.
• Utilize LinkedIn and other avenues to share opportunities and positively promote Vector Solutions brand.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
• Understanding of common talent acquisition metrics and ability to present to hiring leaders to showcase efforts.
• Demonstrated ability to move candidates through an ATS, following established standards, and ensuring timely documentation.
• Collaborative team member; ability to work as part of an HR team and share ideas to improve overall performance and efficiency.
• Familiarity with common recruiting tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, and leveraging a variety of resources to generate pipeline to fill openings.
• Strong relationship building and presentation skills; with ability to influence others.
• Ability to communicate effectively and push back when needed.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; may occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
