Our Facilities and Asset Services business has an opportunity for a blue collar volume Recruitment Advisor to partner with the business leaders, managing the end-to-end recruitment process from entry-level to supervisory positions. This will include establishing strong relationships with Hiring Managers to take accurate job briefs, phone screening candidates, creating shortlists and coordinating interviews through to offer and acceptance of the successful candidate.
ABOUT YOU
Some experience in an end to end recruitment role with a passion for volume recruitment.
An understanding of modern recruitment practices (sourcing strategies, talent pooling, social networking) and knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial instruments advantageous.
Computer savvy with some experience using an applicant tracking system such as PageUp.
An energetic approach, able to communicate effectively and build rapport with key stakeholders.
Highly organised with the ability to implement and follow processes.
