POSITION SUMMARY

Downer Civil & Rail Division in WA continues to expand with the award of new projects with key clients in Perth Metro and Regional WA. . As we continue our evolution of growth and innovation, the best people are critical to our success in supporting our customers and catering to market demands.

Due to additional works, we currently have the opportunity for an experienced Site Administrator to join our busy Rail & Civil team based in Karratha.

ABOUT YOU

• 3+ years’ experience in a Site/Project Administration role;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• The ability to communicate with everyone on a team in a professional and friendly manner;
• Ability to learn new systems and a solid level of computer literacy (MS Office);
• Enjoys meeting deadlines and being one step ahead of themselves;
• Exposure to accounting software, COINS, JDE, or SAP( highly regarded);
• Understand how to operate in a very busy environment and still smile.
