VEC Civil Engineering Hiring for Administrator – Recruitment and Sourcing Job at Sydney Full Time

We have a newly created opportunity for an Administrator – Recruitment and Sourcing to support our busy and friendly team. You will be providing administration support and learning the ropes in recruitment through posting job ads, arranging interviews, arranging pre-employment checks and reporting/system updates.

This will be a learning opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is process orientated and enjoys working in a diverse and fast paced environment.

ABOUT YOU

A solid administrator, coordinator or resource with an interest in developing their skills in human resources/recruitment.

A strong customer service focus with the ability to collaborate and foster teamwork and flexibility to adapt to changing demands.

A high attention to detail, enjoys following a process and working in a fast-paced environment.

Systems savvy with some experience using Excel spreadsheets.

A friendly person, who likes diversity of work and a a positive can-do attitude.
