Talent Acquisition Specialist

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key part in building employer branding and attracting candidates for our vacancies. The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process from campaign planning to offer stage. The role will include consulting with the business and reviewing sourcing strategies including conducting self-sourcing.

What the role will entail…
In this role you will lead the end to end recruitment for permanent, contractor and temporary positions, liaising with stakeholders at all levels in the business and third party providers. Whilst working with all areas of the business and our stakeholders, you will be required to define the sourcing strategy, advertise vacancies, determine selection criteria, source candidates using various job boards / methods, shortlist and screen suitable candidates, arrange interviews, inform unsuccessful candidates, and prepare offer information for HR.
In addition to this you will be actively involved in strategic TA and HR projects to develop and implement best practice, whilst also promoting and supporting employer branding internally and externally.
What we’re looking for…
With a degree in a relevant subject such as Human Resources/Business, you will be able to demonstrate experience of managing end to end recruitment campaigns across various disciplines and locations, in a complex and changing environment. Outstanding communication and organisational skills are essential for this role. The ability to self-source, shortlist and interview candidates whilst being commercially aware is also vital. Prior experience of using an applicant tracking system is preferred.
