Varnish is Looking For Receptionist at Vancouver, BC Full Time

Varnish is located in Downtown Vancouver, BC (Yaletown), we are looking for a receptionist/ sales associate to join our team! If you are energetic, professional, have a great personality and can work well with others as well as, individually, then we would love to hear from you! Background knowledge in skin care, nail care, beauty, and social media is an absolute must.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
– Providing high end customer service to our guests
– Ability to multi-task
– Manage- greeting/ check-in and check-out process
– Booking appointments
– Field all incoming calls politely and professionally while engaging guests
– Manage all bookings for salon via phone and email
– Manage POS System
– Closing all retail sales and providing product knowledge to clients
– Handling all financial transactions with guest
– Maintain the appearance of the reception area, waiting area, work floor and display units
– Assisting management with additional tasks as needed
– Regularly attend and participate in training and team meetings

part-time leading into full-time position

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
