If successful with your application, you will:

• Support our ERP and business systems;
• protect our critical information systems and assets;
• build solutions;
• implement new software and hardware;
• provide training
• produce procedures and guide documentation; and
• assist in the development of an overall IT strategy.

You’ll be given progressively challenging assignments, you will have opportunities to lead initiatives, and you will take ownership of an increasing range of responsibilities. The key objectives of the role are:

• Ensure the reliable performance of our ERP (Epicor), HRMS (Ceridian) and other business systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve related hardware, software, user access or other problems.
• Participate in projects to gather user requirements, design, configure, test and implement systems solutions and applications.
• Monitor systems performance and usage to maintain security and reliability.
• Run a variety of projects, delivering solutions, and each with key responsibilities within a larger business initiative.
• Enable faster and smarter business processes and implement analytics for meaningful insights.
• Partner with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievements.
• Collate and present meaningful data for analysis by stakeholders.
• Provide back-up and critical support to the Business Systems Manager.

We expect that you will have a Diploma or higher qualification in IT or related field combined with proven success in a similar role demonstrating your strong understanding of business processes and how to make it easy for all to efficiently use / engage with the technologies.

We will see value in you demonstrating any of the following:

• Experience with Epicor ERP;
• Programming, SQL and SSRS;
• Project management;
• Support and maximization of systems design and integration and on-prem computing;
• Expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) reporting.
