Varis Mine Technology Ltd is Looking for Warehouse Co-ordinator Full Time

• Information management, to ensure the quantity order is received matching the packing slip and the purchase order.
• Process orders using our PPG software through a pick function and returned completed orders using our put function.
• Monitor item cards and ensure that the write flushing method has been used to have all materials flush through the system and not negatively effect your stock count.
• Ensure all materials are received into the right warehouse and that the purchase order is corrected if incorrect information has been given.
• As part of the stock management, you will have to post all used to stocked when Service Technician use it on jobs, this will allow them to place those items on the customers invoice.
• Assist shipper with any paperwork required for import or export of goods.
• Ensure all customer orders are delivered on time.
• Variance reports between PPG and NAV
• Month end inventory reports

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
