Answering emails and phone calls from our online retail customers.
Online live chat assistance
Assisting office manager in special projects
Helping walk-in customers
Requirements: Must have at minimum 6 months front desk/customer service (non retail) experience. If you are familiar with using the Magento e-commerce platform this is a big plus, but is not required for the job. If you are familiar with the electronic cigarettes industry this is a big plus, but is not required.
