Vape Craft Inc Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Vista, CA Full Time

Vape Craft Inc. is looking for a motivated candidate to join our team! We are a fast-growing electronic cigarette company that manufactures our own line of high-quality e-liquid at our warehouse in Vista. This job requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to assist customers with orders and questions in a professional and timely manner. We are looking for someone with a great attitude at work every day who can work well with a team in efforts to meet deadlines while maintaining our high standards for our products and company.

Job description/responsibilities:

Answering emails and phone calls from our online retail customers.

Online live chat assistance

Assisting office manager in special projects

Helping walk-in customers

Requirements: Must have at minimum 6 months front desk/customer service (non retail) experience. If you are familiar with using the Magento e-commerce platform this is a big plus, but is not required for the job. If you are familiar with the electronic cigarettes industry this is a big plus, but is not required.
