Vantage West Realty Hiring for Bookkeeper Wanted Full Time

We are seeking an ambitious Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate is organized, inquisitive, loves being the solver of problems and has a natural aptitude for identifying and asking the questions needed to get the job done. You are the right fit for the role if you enjoy working with others and love answering questions in a cordial yet fun manner. We are looking for a finisher with an excellent ability to see tasks through to completion.

Applicants must also be very computer literate, possess strong communication skills and have a positive mental attitude.

Duties include: Bookkeeping, processing payments, providing owners statements, filing, communicating with vendors and clients on a vast range of matters, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations and invoicing.

Applicants MUST HAVE a minimum of 2 years of experience in Bookkeeping.
