A growing insurance company in NC are currently looking to appoint a Software Engineering Manager to lead one of their teams dealing with an internal application that is used daily by underwriters and sales staff.

Ideally, you’ll have experience leading teams delivering micro-service software. We are looking for someone that has great communication skills and understands the balance between meeting company objectives from a financial aspect and product quality.

You’ll be working with a tight-knit engineering team that offers hybrid working. The team are driven and motivated to deliver top quality code and you will be tasked with growing the team so experience with this is essential.
