We are looking for an experienced individual to join our HR team to help us continue to grow our business through our talent. You would be joining the leadership team within HR to develop our longer-term talent strategy, and focus our talent acquisition and development offers to deliver against that strategy.

This role leads and develops the regional leadership development philosophy, strategy, and offerings. Manages consistent application of processes and standards across the enterprise to support development. Serves as a dual role to oversee talent acquisition and learning & development.

In this role you will:

• Partner with the Head of HR Europe to define a regional talent strategy that accelerates the achievement of the long term Europe business strategy.
• Actively lead the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development functions to deliver against the talent plan.
• Partner closely across the Europe HR team to integrate the talent plan into our overall approach, across the employee lifecycle.
• Develop strategies to identify the capabilities critical to the business strategy and develop the roadmap to ensure the European business has sustainable access to these capabilities. This will include consideration of talent attraction, talent assessment, organisation design and development, succession planning and employee engagement.
• Measure ongoing delivery of the talent plan and form recommendations accordingly.

What it takes:

We are looking for someone who can drive business outcomes through sophisticated talent levers. You may have a background in Talent Management, Organisational Development, Strategy or Management Consulting. You will be adept at both setting strategies and practically implementing these strategies. Experience leading teams is strongly preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required, graduate degree preferred.
