This role leads and develops the regional leadership development philosophy, strategy, and offerings. Manages consistent application of processes and standards across the enterprise to support development. Serves as a dual role to oversee talent acquisition and learning & development.

You would be joining the leadership team within HR to develop our longer-term talent strategy, and focus our talent acquisition and development offers to deliver against that strategy.

We are looking for someone who can drive business outcomes through sophisticated talent levers. You may have a background in Talent Management, Organisational Development, Strategy or Management Consulting. You will be adept at both setting strategies and practically implementing these strategies. Experience leading teams is strongly preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required, graduate degree preferred.
