This is a full time, in person position. This is an ideal position for someone who has experience with growing companies and is willing to take the lead to create an organized and highly functional accounting department.

The ideal candidate has the following skill set and/or experience:

– Extensive Quickbooks experience

– Costing for Manufacturing or Wholesale experience

– Bookkeeping/accounting/finance background

– Proficient computer skills

– Can work independently and is self-motivated

– Extremely organized with great attention to detail

– Purchasing experience

– Invoicing experience

– Cash forecasting experience

– Willing to help the team as members of small businesses wear many hats

Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

Experience:

· Quickbooks Enterprise: Manufacturing and Wholesale: 2 years (Required)

· Bookkeeping / Accounting: 2 years (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
