VanderHouwen Hiring for Accounting Supervisor Job at Portland, OR Full Time

This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to commute weekly to offices in Portland, Oregon.

Accounting Supervisor Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA a plus.
• 4+ years of public accounting experience including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and SOX; manufacturing background a plus.
• Proficient with ERPs (Oracle preferred) and Excel; able to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced high-volume environment.

Responsibilities of the Accounting Supervisor

• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
• Support daily and month/quarter/year end accounting activities.
• Handle advanced financial reporting functions.
• Review journal entries and prepare reconciliations.

Salary: $90k–$105k + Bonus (DOE)
