Position Summary: VUMC TempForce has opportunities for Recruiters to work remotely. The Recuiter will assist with the recruitment of top talent to fill key vacancies across the organization. In this role, you will be assisting with achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates under occasional guidance. Provides the best quality service by supporting the Talent Operations Team and job candidates through sourcing and selection. This is a temporary assignment lasting up to 4 months.

Vanderbilt University Medical Center TempForce (TempForce) was created to connect temporary talent to all areas of VUMC. TempForce places diverse and skilled personnel to departments across the Medical Center. In any given year, TempForce fills a wide variety of temporary requests including pharmacists, administrative/clerical roles, medical assistants and more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
RECRUITING NEEDS ASSESSMENT (INTERMEDIATE):– Determine specific staffing needs including overall experience, competency, and education needs and requirements.
INTERVIEWING (INTERMEDIATE):– Gather information for purposes of recruitment, customer requirements, business needs, and other subjects.
NETWORKING (INTERMEDIATE):– Build relationships through industry contacts, professional organizations, and individuals.
DOCUMENTATION (INTERMEDIATE):– Ensures that all documentation is complete, accurate, thorough, and compliant.
Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration (LCR)
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) and 1-year experience
