The Marketing Project Manager is part of the communications and marketing team at Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College of education and human development. This position is responsible for the development of digital content and execution of college-wide and program specific marketing deliverables to drive increases in key success metrics across Peabody’s graduate and professional student recruitment, research communications, and campus and student life.
This position s to the Marketing-Social Media Manager at Peabody College and works closely with the College’s communications, graphic design, and admissions staff to optimize effectiveness of digital marketing with an emphasis on content development for social media, websites, and newsletters utilizing video, motion graphics, and persuasively written marketing copy and supporting visuals.
The selected individual must be able to attend and create content at occasional weekend/afterhours events.

About the Work Unit
The Peabody Office of Communications is responsible for identifying and communicating news about the college to key constituencies, for developing and executing marketing strategies for graduate and professional student recruitment, and for supporting the college’s leaders in delivering strategic messages for internal and external audiences. The Communications Office is charged with developing, maintaining, and disseminating content for digital properties and social media, including its website and intranet.
